What You Can Expect
When you schedule your first appointment with us, we will ask you to complete a New Patient Form and Medical Form prior to your first dental visit. It is very important that you keep us informed about any issues regarding your health.
Our team will get to know you and go through your past medical and dental histories in order to create a proper treatment plan.
Getting to Know You
We will take the time to learn more about your dental health and the goals you have. Understanding what you're looking for will help us develop and create a treatment plan to help meet these individual needs and expectations.
How long will my first appointment take?
Our staff will conduct a thorough review - this will take approximately 60 minutes.
What will happen during my first visit?
During your first appointment, we will:
- Review your oral care history, including any issues you have regarding your dental health
- Perform a complete oral exam including x-rays to assess anything that cannot be seen with the naked eye
- Create a comprehensive and personalized dental health plan
